Colombian Unroasted green coffee beans come from around the city of Popayán is the capital of the state of Cauca, in the southern half of Colombia. The surrounding coffee region is on the plateau where the Andes mountain range reaches southern Colombia from Ecuador. From there, the Andes breaks into the three separate mountain ranges (or, cordilleras) that cross the country from south to north.
The region of Cauca, the growing altitude is between 1400-1800 Meters. The harvesting season in Colombia is April – December, the coffee beans are milled fully washed and then sun dried. To create the smell of sweet winey, dark chocolate combined with the taste of fruit, caramel, and dark chocolate
